How to get there in Boracay

Practical information for your trip to Boracay

Traveling to Boracay is done via the town of Caticlan on the bigger Panay Island. Caticlan has a small airport receiving domestic flights from several cities in the Philippines. Ferries and buses to Caticlan are also available from Manila and elsewhere in the Philippines. Outrigger boats will transport visitors to Boracay from the Caticlan’s jetty port.

Moving around in Boracay

Local transport on Boracay is available in form of motorized tricycles. Boat tours are available on the island, and traditional sailboats, scooters, and mountain bikes are also available for rent. Car rental is not available on Boracay, nor would it be of much use on a small island.
